David Proctor began his political career as an intern with the Colorado GOP and Trump Victory during the 2020 election as a freshman at Colorado Mesa University at 18.

While at CMU, he also served as a Campus Coordinator for Turning Point USA mobilizing young conservatives and expanding the organization's presence in western Colorado. David later played a key role as a Campaign Assistant for Matt Solomon’s State Senate campaign in 2022 where he managed volunteer and schedule coordination while also helping shape campaign messaging.

Most recently, David helped lead statewide field operations for America PAC and other legislative candidates in Georgia during the 2024 election which contributed to the successful swing state flip for President Trump.

Now back home as the Vice-Chair and Political Director of Colorado First Action, David brings a deep commitment to advancing conservative principles through data-driven fieldwork, youth engagement, and coalition building.
